  I called simply to ask whether I could return my purchase to the Foxon Rd location although I made the purchase in the Milford mall speaking to an Erica who proceeded to unprofessional unprofessionaly hang up on me even though I wasn't done talking! I called back & she identified herself as a manager!!! WOW shame on Eblens for having someone like that in a position of authority & even after I told get that I had a recording of the conversation and intended to contact corporate she condescending condescendingly stated her name again & hung up! I am an avid shopper & new to Eblens but after this experience I won't be returning unless the situation is handled properly by the higher ups..... Save yourself the time & hassle of dealing with ignorant people & go to Champs were everyone is well trained & knows how to treat a customer with kindness & courtesy!!!!!!!
